The Latest New Years Resolutions, Ever.

Hey everyone! I have just got back from a long weekend off. Steven and I went to see a few of our friends. It was a lot of fun to catch up with everyone and see how they were doing with the new school semester.

This is my friend Chassi and her room mate Allie who I went to see this weekend.

So it's past new years. But I've finally made my New Year's Resolutions (its never too late, right?)
Anyway, just like everyone else, I want to start getting in shape. I played sports all throughout high school and was very athletic. Then I came to college and I play intermurals, but that's not exactly exercise. So I've decided to start working out a few times a week. I really want to try yoga.

Another resolution was to drink more water! I hardly ever drink water and I've been doing pretty good at keeping this one up. It's so important to get enough water, and normally I'm a pop drinker (horrible, I know).

Another resolution is to realize how truly blessed I am EVERYDAY. I have the most amazing people and things in my life. I'm such a fortunate girl. I just think I need to start realizing that and being thankful for it more than I have.
My last new years resolution is to save my money! I'm terrible at spending money, like, really terrible. I love shopping. It's an addiction for me. So I'm trying really hard to cut back on spending. Especially because I'm going with Steven's family in may to Las Vegas! I can't wait!
-P.S any money saving tips would be greatly appreciated! :)

So those are my New Years resolutions. We'll see how well they stick. :) Thank you guys all for reading!

Oh sweet blog, how I've missed you.

Hey everyone! So now that Christmas break is over and I'm fully aware of what is going on with my work and class schedule, I decided it's time to come back from my "blogging vacation." And what better day than the one and only Friday the 13th? My day was very normal, nothing too unlucky. I'm not too much into superstitions though. How about you guys? Did anyone else have any bad luck today!?

I also thought do a little 5QF! :) Later I'll do a post to fill you all in on my Christmas/New Years (it's pretty interesting, I promise!)
Now, on to the questions.

1. What is the last thing you bought for yourself?
The last thing I bought for myself was a ton of scrapbooking supplies and new drawing pencils. Steven's family got me a gift card to Hobby Lobby for Christmas. I am a Hobby Lobby freak. I can't help it, I just love it.

2. What is your favorite meal on a cold winter day?
My Favorite meal during the winter has to be my Mom's chili. We eat chili and bread bowls for Christmas Eve every year, and I love it. I could probably even eat it in the summer.

3. Have you started looking for swimsuits for this year, and do you buy a new one each year?
I haven't started looking yet, but I'm not sure if I even should. I have about a thousand swimsuits. I do get one, or two, new ones every year. I used to get two different swim suits every year because I thought I HAD to have a new cute swimsuit and guard suit, even though I hardly ever got to wear the cute one.

4. If you could be any candy what would you be and why?
If I could be any candy it would probably be a coconut cluster. :) Because they are a little bit different than many other kinds of candy and they don't have to be perfect for you to love them! (way cheesy!)

5. What are you most passionate about?
That's a pretty tough question, I'm still trying to figure it out. I know that I love music, art, and people. I'm trying to figure out something that I can do that involves all three of these things. I think finding your passion is hard, and your passions may change as  you do. I think I need to learn everything about myself before I can decide what I am most passionate about. So when I figure it out, I'll be sure to let you all know!
Be sure to head over to Kate's page and link up! :)
Alright! That's all for me today! It's GREAT to be back blogworld! :) I have missed you all so much!
